Mine Wheel

Product overview

The head sheave is a fixed pulley that adjusts the direction of movement of the wire rope at the top of the vertical well frame of the mine. The function is to support the wire rope connecting the hoist reel and the lifting container, and guide the wire rope to turn. There are three types of sheave: swimming sheave, Inoue fixed sheave, drilling and underground fixed sheave.

The fixed pulley at the top of the mine shaft frame that regulates the direction of movement of the wire rope, which carries the weight of the cage, bucket, or shaft bucket, is often regarded as a sign of the mine. According to the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations", the ratio of the minimum diameter of the crane of the lifting equipment to the diameter of the wire rope should be in line with: the drum of the Inouye lifting device and the crane with a holding angle greater than 90° shall not be less than 80; the crane with a holding angle less than 90° shall not be less than 60; the crane with a holding angle greater than 90° shall not be less than 60; the crane with a holding angle less than 90° shall not be less than 40.
