Sinomining Changan Technology Co., Ltd. fully investigated the current status of the use of fly ash balers, and independently developed a self-clearing and blocking fly ash baler with independent intellectual property rights. The self-clearing and blocking fly ash baler is mainly composed of a self-clearing buffer silo, an integral flat gate and a self-clearing discharge pipe.

The self-cleaning buffer silo is designed with a scraping mechanism, which rotates to scrape the sticky wall ash, and at the same time pushes the ash inside the silo into the buffer silo discharge port.

The integral flat gate is opened, and the ash enters the self-cleaning discharge pipe under the action of the scraping mechanism and gravity. The gate plate is closed, and the ash is agitated and rotated in the warehouse by the scraping mechanism.

The self-cleaning discharge pipe is designed with a scraping device, which clears the ash inside the pipe body, so that the ash falls into the ton bag under the action of its own weight.

(3) The configuration is flexible, it can be designed as one in and one out, one in and two out, or it can be designed as two in and two out.

(4) When there are two discharge ports, one discharge port can be bagged and one discharge port can be set aside to achieve one use and one preparation.

(5) Two bagging ports can be bagged at the same time, with double efficiency.

(6) The whole machine is driven by electricity and gas, and environment friendly.

(7) From the inlet of the buffer silo to the inlet of the ton bag, the channel is continuously closed to prevent dust from being raised in the process.

(8) The system has strong applicability and can be applied to the ash packing conditions of continuous and intermittent combined transportation.
