The hydraulic automatic tensioning and retracting device consists of two parts: one is the retracting device, and the other part is hydraulic pump station. The pump station is controlled by the electrical control cabinet, which can be set manually or automatically. In the manual state, the belt conveyor is in the shutdown state, and the manual reversing valve on the pump station can control the positive and negative rotation of the tensioning winch, control each action of the retracting and releasing device, and realize all functions of the retracting and releasing belt. In the automatic state, the manual circuit does not work, the pump station only supplies oil to the tensioning device, and the automatic tensioning of the belt is realized by the electrical control.

Tensioning device and retracting device can be divided into two sets of independent devices: hydraulic automatic tensioning device and hydraulic automatic retracting device. Each has its own independent hydraulic pump station.

The hydraulic belt reeling device is equipped with a belt release rack, which can rewind the rolled belt and turn the belt head of the core to the outside for convenience of buckle fixing.

A hydraulic winch is also installed on the belt device, and the steel wire rope on the winch can pull the far end belt to the belt coiling device.

Another kind of belt coiler has 360 ° rotation function, which can directly put the rolled belt onto the vehicle.


Performance characteristics

The hydraulic retracting device solves the two major problems with automatic winding and retracting of the belt conveyor along the groove. It can complete work that 2-3 people can complete within 30 minutes and roll out the 100-meter belt in the belt storage warehouse and transport it away. Driven by hydraulic pressure, the manual reversing valve is operated to achieve various actions. The belt joints are automatically dragged into place: the belts in the belt storage warehouse are removed, and the belts and joints are re-customized in the retractable belt rack. You need to stop the belt joint in this position first. If the joint is not in this position, the belt joint can be dragged to this position by the hydraulic mobile entrainment mechanism, and the hydraulic drag force can reach more than 6 tons.

Automatic clamping and fixing at both ends of the belt head: A fixed entraining mechanism is installed at both ends of the retractable belt rack. Before disassembling the belt joint, clamp both ends of the joint to prevent the belt from running away. The entrainment mechanism is realized by the oil cylinder, which is fast and reliable.

Loosen the belt at the joint: The belt at the joint can be loosened by the combination of the mobile entrainment mechanism and the fixed entrainment mechanism.The loosened belt can be customized with joints, or it can be fed into the tape-and-reel device to collect the belt.

Hydraulic automatic buckle ordering: This device is equipped with a hydraulic automatic buckle ordering machine, which can quickly complete the customization of belt buckles.There is an operating platform for the stapler in the middle of the retractable belt frame, and the hydraulic oil of the stapler can be provided by the pumping station of the retractable belt device.The hydraulic automatic buckle binding machine is suitable for custom-made SU2000, SU1600, and SU1400 belt buckles, and can be customized for all belts along the groove.

Hydraulic tape and reel: The tape and reel are driven by a hydraulic motor, the tape and reel force is large, and the speed is controllable.Can roll out all the belts in the belt storage warehouse.The rocker arm of the tape and reel device can swing up and down, left and right to ensure that the tape and reel are neat.

Automatic belt removal: The belt device can rotate 90° to remove the rolled belt from the belt rack.
